The legal grounds for us collecting this data are to collect data: about the persons we need to engage with during the course of business to carry out the business requested by such persons; and about persons wishing to contact us to enquire about using our business services.

The data will be stored in electronic systems at our business trading address(es), protected by standard encryption as provided by the computer systems we use to hold the data. The data will also be stored in third party software systems used during the course of our business including, but not limited to: email; contact databases; customer relationship management systems; accounting and invoicing software; project management software; marketing and emailing software.
Changes to and retention of the data
You are able to make changes to your data by contacting us at datacontroller@technologyinbusiness.co.uk.
Your data will be retained for 2 years or the default retention period of the software system used to store it, whichever is greater. On expiration of that date, your data will be electronically deleted using all reasonable endeavours on our part.
User’s rights including the right to object or withdrawal of consent
